Hi David,
Exactly the same issue as described above - did anyone get to the bottom of it?
I have a Home Hub 5 type B. Generally 70+MB down and 20+MB up. Wired to games PC, Netflix via wifi from TVs.
Doesn't matter which TV is streaming, my ping spikes every two or three seconds. gaming is almost impossible.
Any advice please?
Cheers
Hello just the quick update on my case .
I've been contacted by the community team last week and they did some changes on their side .
Since last week I am monitoring ping and traceroute daily . And it's a massive change from what it was . I can finally play and watch any streaming service at the same time . No more lag spikes .
@DavidM Massive THANK YOU for the help .
I’ve been affected by this problem for a while now can’t sort it at all, customer support aren’t taking any responsibility anything you can do it’s really bugging me
Glad I was able to help @souloo.
