We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
Hello, I am also experiancing massive issues with high ping and packet loss. Before i upgraded to bt infinity, I had a stattic ping on 18, but after upgrading I have a standard ping of 37 and it randomly spikes to 200. I have ruled out everything other than the line itself that could be causing the issue. No other devices are connected to my line, as the wireless is disabled. My pc is directly connected to my modem with an ethernet cable (which isnt the issue, i tried multiple cables) I have also reset my computer to rule out the possibility of a background proccess causing the issue. I am just wondering if something could possibly done about this.

Hi @Abraxaz and welcome.
I'm sorry you're having problems with the ping fluctuations. I'm sure we'll be able to offer some advice on this. We'll need some more information first. Are you having this problem with one particular site or in general? If it's one site can you try running a tracert to it plus one to the BBC site for comparison. Can you post your helpdesk details? You'll find them in Troubleshooting/Helpdesk on the web interface at http://192.168.1.254 or http://bthomehub.home. Can you also try running a speed test, including the further diagnostics, and post the results.
Hi, I completly forgot about this post, so sorry for the massively delayed response lol. The issues that I mentioned still persist, and have only worsend. This is a problem I am having in general and not to just one application/site, and only seems to occur frequently towards the evening. I have my own line that I connect to with ethernet which only I use, and actually has the wifi disabled.
Here's my helpdesk details.
