Ping/lag spikes

Hi guys,

I recently switched over from TalkTalk to BT super fast broadband last Friday and have a hub 6. I have been playing FIFA and Call of Duty Black Ops 4 online however the ping keeps changing and going as high as over 200 on BO4. I never had this issue with TalkTalk and I play on ps4 with a wired connection if that helps.

I took a video of the ping spikes from the call of duty menu on my ps4, I will try to link it.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

I know according to the diagram on the right that these pings mean connection is fine but the gameplay is very laggy and it feels like I am teleporting around the maps!
