Anyone else having problems with BT smart hub not loading Pinterest.com ?

Have tired different browsers and works fine on my phone over 4G connection.

Either wont load or load except pictures are blank or just coloured panels

Any ideas on a fix ? must be BT smart hub blocking it for some reason ?

Such problems are often DNS issues. Can you change yours?

I would. But I dont know how. Tried contacting BT support but havent got very far

Just restart the home hub.

If it's a Windows machine change the DNS servers in the Network Connection Properties.  See image.

You will need to flush any locally cached DNS results.

If its a Windows computer you are using, then type this at the address prompt

ipconfig /flushdns   (there is a space after ipconfig)

Windows does tend to cache old invalid DNS records, so that should clear them.

I a mac user but I have found the dns settings and cleared out. restarted hub and browser. Still no result ??

Looks like you might have to try changing the DNS servers after all.  Search Google for  change dns servers on MAC

What message do you see when you try to access the site?
