Shouldn't do. Generally public DNS are more reliable & efficient than ISP ones.

RESULT !!!  thanks !

I have added the public DNS and left the other DNS for the ISP in play ? is it ok to keep both ?

All good. Cleared out DNS and went for single public server. 

OMG. Not only fixed the problem but MUCH faster now !

The danger of mixing-and-matching public & ISP DNSs is that 50% of the time it will be using the ISP's. The idea of a pair of DNS is that 1 is a fallback for t'other.

I'm hitting this too with pinterest. Have tried in various combinations: using google's dns, flushing dns cache, disabling/enabling parental controls, restarting smart hub.

 

No joy so far 😞

Oh, sorry. Happens on both laptop (Mac) and iPhone (app and browser). Works on mobile network.
