Please Help!!!! Download Speeds Dropped Shockingly!!!!!!!!

I am currently paying for BT Infinity 2 and last week i was revieving 75mbps on average most nights. All of a sudden this has now dropped to below 3mbps and doesnt get any better. When i perform speedtests wirelessly on it shows ping of 30ms, download of 0.6-3.7mbps and upload of 18mbps. When i do these tests wired it shows ping 30ms, download 2-5mbps and upload of 18mbps.

When i do the test on Speedtest.BTwholesale i states i get 68mbps wired and 32mbps wirelesly but when using my console/phone i know this not to be true at all.

Please fix this.

Re: Please Help!!!! Download Speeds Dropped Shockingly!!!!!!!!

if you have a HH5 can you go to hub manager then trobleshooting then helpdesk and post 1-12

can you run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results  must be done with wired connection  btspeedtester

can you enter your phone number and post results  remember to delete number wholesale FTTC check

try quiet line test   dial 17070 option 2  should be quiet and best with corded phone
