Please Upgrade Your Profile

Hello,

 I am prompted on the myBT homepage to upgrade my profile, however the ‘save these changes’ button is not working. I have tried three different browsers all with the same outcome. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

are you using a mobile? if so have you tried changing to desktop view  alternatively try 150

I’ve tried it on mobile and desktop. It’s definitely not working.
