Please can someone help - Constant broadband reseting and low IP profile



Over the past two years i have continued to have issues with my broadband. These range from loss of connection, low speeds, reduced ip profile etc...


Ive posted some stats for you to see. At the moment the speed has dropped to half what it is normally.
