I hope someone can help as I have reached the end of my tether trying to get this issue resolved.
Problems started Monday with crackling and other voices on the line. Now phone is dead and the fault call centre cannot give an estimate as to when it might be fixed.
The case is on high priority as my nan is in her 80s and lives alone. Members of the family have had to take leave to stay with her in case anything should happen and she cannot call us.
We have been told so far that it's the socket, the pole, a hole was dug up outside the house and now finally it's the exchange fault.
I can have this investigated for you.
