I am no longer a BT customer so want the login to now only show the account for a family member.
There does not seem to be an online way of doing this and I tried phoning your call centre and all they could suggest was to delete the account and set up again but that would delete history and I did not want that.
I see you have been able to do this for other customers, so can someone please contact me. Thanks
Hi @ts2 welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. Sorry that you could not get this resolved when you called in. Just to confirm you have a BTID with your account (now closed) and a family member's account listed under your ID is that correct? And you would like your account removed from the BTID?
