I reported a fault with BT about my broadband dropping connection and being slow. The initail guy tried to convince me that it was a wifi problem despite the fact that I was connected via ethernet on my main PC... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Anyway the long and short of it was that openreach came around and there is a fault somewhere in in the road but that is all the information I have ... no further updates at all from BT.
I used to have around 20 megabits connection and now on a good day its 10 but drops down to below 1 on occasions. I also have BT TV so watching or recording the intertnet channels is an issue too ....
Please can someone help with a decent update ... all I have have is the dig team are need ....

After completing the email NOT PM then you join a queue of other customers waiting for mod help. The mods will get back to you in 3/5 working days either by phone or email
