Poor Picture On BT Sports through SKY

Does anyone else have poor picture quality on BT Sports through SKY? SKY claim no-one else has ever reported this problem. BT likewise. I find this incredible that I am the only one. PS My TV is of a high spec UHD variety and all other channels are superb.

Thank you man. I checked my BT Sports subscription and it was not HD. Problem solved by upgrading the BT Sports package. 😀
