In order to get some information to work with can you run this checker and post back a screen shot of the results. Make sure you delete your phone number before posting.
and use this speed tester then carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down. This test must be done with a wired connection.
If you have a Homehub 5 can you also post the stats from 1-12 by logging onto the Homehub management pages then troubleshooting > helpdesk. http://bthomehub.home/
I appreciate you will have done them before but with out the information it is difficult for forum members to try and assist you with your problem.
Please find image attached image requested, had to do this on postcode as the information would not come through trying to input telephone number.
The speedtest image will not input as saying file is too large. Information is Download speed (Mbps):18.28, Upload speed (Mbps):13.84 and Ping Latenncy (ms):44.38.
Also we do not have a homehub 5, it is a homehub 3. Is that the problem?
