Re: Poor Service - Time To Leave BT if this is not fixed!
I got a text message last night from BT who passed on my query to the 'Network Fault Specialist Team' and the text message said, my line is now fixed and if you have any more problems, reply. I got home, my phone line was sltill noisey and my broadband was still slow. Luckily I arrange by going online to arrange a BT Enginner to come to my house today.
The BT Enginner turns up, does some proper tests on the line and after spending about 1hr testing my line, going to the exchange and even checking the telephone poles outside my house, he cleared my noisey line and hopefully it will increase my broadband speed back to 50mb and above over time.
It didnt need a New Home Hub 4 and it didnt need me passing over to the 'Network Fault Specialist Team', the only thing it needed was an old fashioned BT Enginner to fix the problem. Its a shame that I had to arrange the BT Enginner to come to my house instead of Customer Services.
