BT how would one request money back for this sub par poor router?. As i purchased it for £50 (Did not recontract to get it), It really is the most waste of £50 i have ever spent..
Dialing 150 i keep getting shoved from pillar to post and to be quite frank i'm getting p****d about it.
I will be doing the same. Total rubbish. Have reverted to hh5. I intend to do it via billing.
