Poor broadband connection

I have repeated problems with BT broadband dropping out and being very slow.

I have reported this on numerous occasions to BT, but there is no improvement.

A BT engineer was supposed to call to investigate the problem, but failed to attend.

I am now considering another provider. Any recommendations?

It is against the forum rules to recommend or discuss the pros and cons of other Internet providers. You would be best to just do as search of the provider's forums and see what they are like.

If on the other hand you would like assistance with getting your present broadband fixed you should post the problem on the relevant board and somebody may be able to help.
