The connection time is to low to make a decision on that if the connection suffers at night with the noise margin dropping to a low level and the errors increase rapidly then you may benefit in having interleaving turned on if the DLM does not do it automatically

just keep checking and if problem returns then com back and post new stats.  there is always someone around to help

Ok its been fine for a while and again its now turning **bleep** i keep being disconected the light flashes purple and orange then reconnects itself after knocking everything off the net, this is so annoying and shouldnt happen i keep seeing the error NO CARRIER on the log if thats any help the router resets itself all the time and it wont stay connected for more than a day without some sneaky reset

it is you low noise margin that is causing the disconnections

so disonecting the adsl wire for 20 seconds should improve it and if not who shall i contact

try that first if the connection does not improve over 24 hours the you will need the forum mods assistance to reset the noise margin we can give you a link then if needed

 Ok after 2 ''wire resets'' the margine hs risen what shoul i be aiming for or do i need to find out if i disconnect later on this evening again?

keep checking the crc/hec errors and also if hub noise margin is starting to fall especially later tonight.  if so then getting latency changed from fast to interleaved would be my first recommendation followed by a reset of your noise margin to 6db - that wouls mean a slight reduction in conenction speed
