Pop3 Error 0x800CCC92

I use Outlook 2019 and Pop3 to access my 2 BT email accounts and email from another provider. For the past few weeks I am only able to receive BT email as soon as I login. If another auto send/receive occurs I am asked to confirm passwords. Eventually it fails and I get error code:

0x800CCC92 Your email server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in account settings. The server responded ERR access denied.

If I do a full restart Pop 3 will work fine again for a single send/receive. Pop 3 works absolutely fine for my other UK2 email account.

I'm not technically clever enough to know where the problem lies or how to resolve it on my own but it's getting very annoying. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks.
