Port forwarding

I have read many posts about the problems with this but none seem the same as mine. I have a HH5 and I can set up the application and port numbers fine, but when I try to assign a device (either by its name or IP) address it says it is applying it but it doesn't! The application does not appear in the list of applications applied to devices? Any ideas?

Thanks but I looked at this, all goes well for me until I try to assign a device (or IP address) as the router says it is applying the setting change but in the configuration page the assignment has been ignored?
