Re: Possible Damaged Phone Line?

Virgin?

VIRGIN?!!!

Google the horror stories mate, you may be one of the lucky ones, don't bank on it though.

I'm sticking with bt for my phone and praying they cable my road with fibre, will be over the moon if they do!

Re: Possible Damaged Phone Line?

Virgin are fine in my area - except the disconnections... but your only disconnected once a month if that and its only for a few seconds..

it would be pointless me going with BT fibre optic as they have a 40gb cap... which we all use the internet 24/7 and which i administer over 3 websites... which takes alot of FTP bandwidth usage too..

sky,rubbish

Aol.. rubbish to be fair

Adsl24... ok

Be* - good but not available yet..

virgin is the only alternative really... plus they do the 50mb package which i could really do with too...

Thanks

Rob

Re: Possible Damaged Phone Line?

As said by IMJOLLY, report a telephone fault on the line.  If needs be wait untill it rains, which cant  be that far off.
