Postcode and phone number mismatch (probably)

Hi,

 

I had an issue with a postcode and phone number mismatch which was first raised here:

So I spoke to the postoffice and the incorrect postcode/address was removed from their system leaving only the correct postcode and address.

 

However, it appears that I'm still having a few issues with a landline/postcode mismatch? I'm apparently a silverkey holder and need to be a goldkey holder? (this doesn't make much sense to me!) Does this mean there is still an issue with how my landline is registered to the address?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
