Thanks for your help with this, you've been really helpful as have the Post Office. It seems that the post office have solved their end of it and the postcode database has been updated.
Now, it still appears that I'm having a few issues with a landline/postcode mismatch? I'm apparently a silverkey holder and need to be a goldkey holder? (this doesn't make much sense to me!) Does this mean there is still an issue with how my landline is registered to the address?
