Premium Phone

I have a BT Premium Phone and whenever I try to phone my mobile phone it just gives me a dialling tone but I can phone other numbers on my list. My two phones aren't synced at all, can someone please tell me what's happening? When I look at the missed calls on my mobile, the calls are there. The call from my Premium phone also appears in the list that has called it!

Hi @gw0gvq welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your BT Premium phone. Have you followed the instructions on page 8 of the userguide to sync your mobile to the premium phone?

I have read page 8 but to no avail.  I’m wondering if the cellular Apple Watch I wear has something to do with the way the forward works and performs that they’re interfering ?
