Re: Premium Whole Home Wi-Fi SGAB204002 Early Adopter Release

Am I the only person have the Web Gui Crashing issue? Can't login via web browser or app after a few days and need to physically reboot the system (note internet connectivity still works)?

@nchaundy
Try removing the 1 pack disc for a day and see if the issue goes away?

I had an issue that I still believe was related to a different manufacturing run of the discs as the replacements worked a lot better?

Hi Sircoynie,

After completing the firmware update did you perform a factory reset of each individual disc as recommended?

Re: Premium Whole Home Wi-Fi SGAB204002 Early Adopter Release

Mine went crazy (See first few posts in this thread) when I updated. The hard reset solved my issues and I've been stable since the upgrade, not a single drop, and I'm getting full whack 370-380mbit throughout my house on virgin media...

Re: Premium Whole Home Wi-Fi SGAB204002 Early Adopter Release

I see that this was fully released to the public on the 26th May and as I had enabled the early adopter feature I was already running this. My main disc rebooted on the morning of the 26th so can I assume it reloaded the firmware ? If bugs were found in the early adopter usage, would the version number change in the final release if these had been fixed ?

Re: Premium Whole Home Wi-Fi SGAB204002 Early Adopter Release

Hi Marcel,

There is no change in the firmware version number now it has been released to all users, so your firmware won't have updated this week as you already had the latest version and you should still see SGAB204002 as your firmware version.
