I’m using the black discs 

does the signal come in the back and out via the front? 

I’m assuming large timbers In close proximity  don’t help the signal , but if hung to show 50 percent of the disk .. is that enough? 

interesting to read other people issues . I have  had drop out ie going orange, switching the disk on and off resolves . 

finally , just curious , if in open air, with no obstacles what’s the range between discs 100mbs, FTTP, How much will a single wooden door shorten that . Guesstimates are fine , just getting my head around it.

The black discs are the BT Complete Wifi product, not BT Whole Home Premium which is being discussed in this thread.

Hi there,

i been using BT whole home since 2016 without any issues, however I recently purchased bitdefender box which require personal router to be put into a bridge mode. 
As per this post, I bought whole premium assuming that will enable bridge mode via a beta version. Unfortunately it’s not appearing under my login. Any help please?
