Hi Everyone,

To follow on from our last post and to give a little more information regarding the next upgrade to the Premium WHW product, the following features will be contained in the next firmware release:-

Support of Ethernet Backhaul, increased system stability, an upgrade on Wifi Security (ie WPA3) as well as some Advanced Network Settings, including a 2.4 GHz Set-up Mode (eg to help IoT devices to be set up more easily).

Unclear to me why its taken over 12 months to push a firmware update for a product that is not really working correctly? Seems to me they need new coders, the last firmware was embarrassing, i just hope this does in fact fix at least the Ethernet backhaul. If firmware was pushed with out testing i could understand it. i know we went through this process with the original discs but at least firmware kept coming until it got to a good working state. Fingers cross for new FW i keep checking daily.

Completely agree. This is 100% the last BT product I ever buy. The support has been awful and completely unacceptable from such a big company. Shame.
