How do I cancel my premium email account please as we are not allowed to use the phone call route currently.
it has been blocked for some months anyway due to “suspicious activity” (there has been none) and I was no longer using it.

Contact the Premium Mail team on 0808 100 6778 (8am - 9pm Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm Sat-Sun)
You can call them, as they are not the main BT customer number.
I rang and have been assured that the email has now been deleted.
I asked for and was told that I would receive confirmation of this, but that hasn’t happened as yet, so it’s still fingers crossed that I won’t be charged this month.

If it was paid by direct debit, then you should be able to cancel that with your bank. Most allow that to be done via online banking.
