Premium rate SMS such as ask Bongo

I have blocked premium rate texts/SMS to numbers such as 66668 (ask bongo) via the web site settings in my account.

However my son was able to send two costing £2.50 each.

Surely this block should stop those?

Doesn’t seem to work.

Anyone else experiencing this?

The best thing you can do is speak to the mobile chat team, they can check the settings and billing
