Primary Account HolderPIN - how to request another?

Apparently BT sent me a PIN to activate my various

extras such as BT hotspot access, parental controls

etc via snail mail. I don't recall receiving one and I can't find a

link anywhere to request another. I absolutely despise

telephone support so how can I get another PIN?

Hi -  welcome to the forums,

From my own experiance, I think they'd only send you a PIN if you already had one email address as your main BT ID (the one you use for extras, like BT Sport and BT Cloud), and were trying to make a different email address your main BT ID.

I was able to trigger a Pin send by following the link below, and following the 'Make this BT ID my primary BT ID' link.
