I cannot access my primary user account. After logging in to my bt to acess email so I can alter the sub email accounts all I get is
We cant find an email service associated with your current login.

Hi @peterukw Sorry that you are getting this error when you try to access your email account. When did you last access your email account?
The process is that a mailbox will be suspended if it's not logged into within 90 days. After this time, there is a window of a further 60 days to re-activate the mailbox before it is permanently deleted. You can read more info about this here: Why has my BT Email address been suspended or deleted?

Thanks I have now sorted it out with BT direct and all now working.
