Recenty I was moved from BTyahoo mail to BT mail with noticable improvement - emails download much faster. However, when I have tried to access a Yahoo Group, I get redirected to a BT page, instead of being connected to the group. For example, I was trying to link to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/purplepen (nothing to do with BT) .
First I got a page saying " The page isn't redirecting properly An error occurred during a connection to signin1.bt.com. Try again"
Clicking Try Again I get a BT page saying " (like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome) You may be using an old link, to view your email please go to https://www.bt.com/email"
How can I avoid getting mis-directed to the BT page to the now obsolete BTYahoo mail?
