Problem claiming M&S £40-00 voucher

Can anyone assist - Recently ordered BT Infinity from BT via a Uswitch offer on the BT website. Offer included £120-00 mastercard and £40-00 M&S voucher. I have claimed the mastercard but cannot find out how to claim the M&S vouchers. 

Bt state that it is not their offer and I must contact Uswitch, even though the offer was advertised and ordered via the BT website.

With research (From Forums) i did find a claim form for this offer however for M&S it is only valid for dates between 29th Sept to 7th October and your order ref must begin with AJM.

My order was placed on the 27th September and order ref begins with VOL

Can anyone assist

@Steve464 There was a uSwitch offer for a £40 M&S voucher running at that time and you need to claim it on this website https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/marksandspencers/Default.asp  The AJM reference should be on your order confirmation email.
