Problem logging on to MyBt when connected to FON at home.
Until 10 days ago, I could watch BTSport on Free WiFi at home when the download speed was poor on my Hub 4. BT technician had me reset my Hub 4 and with what he did speed was ok but when I checked Free WiFi it worked ok except for signing in to https://bt.com. I get a message displayed "No Data Received". I have tried resetting my Hub 4 but it does not restore to Factory settings. Can anyone help me.
