I moved house recently and had a date for my broadband and phone to be changed over yesterday. At 5pm my phone and Internet were not yet working so I spoke to bt who advised me to wait until today. I still have nothing so have just spent a frustrating hour on hold with no explanation other than there was some sort of delay to the broadband order. I have no idea what to do, please help.
