Problem with Wi-fi extender

Hi, i recently got a BT Hub and i use a Wi-fi extender to extend the range, but now when i use the extender all the pages i attempt to browse give me a "This website has too many redirects" error. This happens on pretty much every website i try to go on, How do i fix this? the extender i use is model:TL-WA750RE

Thanks

Re: Problem with Wi-fi extender

The solution you linked does not get resolved the person with the problem buys a new extender, which is not really helpful but i appreciate the attempt, is there any archive of people with the same solution who managed to fix it?

Re: Problem with Wi-fi extender

You may find some clues on this thread, ita a similar device.

https://community.bt.com/t5/Other-Broadband-Queries/Home-Hub-4-and-TP-Link-WA850RE-Extender/m-p/9686...

I would guess that its something to do with the IP address of the range extender, which ideally needs to be outside of the home hub DHCP range.

I suggest setting it to 192.168.1.16.
