i have been trying to activate new sim following transfer from a I phone 4s to SE.
would not activate and having given it 48 hours I thought sim was damaged so ordered new one and tried again.
same problem and having spoken to someone I was told BT aware of fault and it might take 4/5 days to resolve!
Apart from the frustration of the delay why have BT not had an alert on relevant web sites so at least the customer knows that they are not doing anything wrong and why such a long delay to fix the problem?
i assume I am not alone on trying to activate a new sim
