Problem with email sign-in

When I sign into `my BT' I enter an email address and password. When I go to `manage email' it shows 4 email addresses as active  (including the one I use to sign in) but when I click to log into thios account it takes me to a Yahoo page which asks for username and password and then says it does not recognise the email address.This email address is not used veru often but is the one registered with facebook and if there is a problem they send a code to this address but I can not access it.

Could I delete the email address and then register it again as a new account or is there a way to access it?

What ever the problem is, do NOT delete the email accounts. You will not be able to re-use them or set them up again.
