Problem with outlook and email

Hi I have purchased a new laptop and am struggling to set up the btconnect.com emails on outlook. It will not allow me to put in the pop settings to pick up incoming mail. Outgoing mail working fine. All still working ok on the old laptop. Please help, have tried everything!
