Problem with the broadband

  • Hello, from today morning, my broadband does not work, I don't have Internet connection. I restarted the device and cables several times, but to no effect. How to get help and where to report it, online chat does not work and it is almost impossible to contact you by phone.

Have you checked to see if you have a dial tone on your landline?  If no dial tone then report phone fault to 151

so you landline is working? Is there any noise on line. Dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
