I am unable to access BT Yahoo mail again, although it is different from before. This time the log-in page fails to open.

I know an issue was raised this morning about problems using BT Yahoo Mail. The problems you're having may be related to this and they're working on getting it sorted. Can you leave it for a few hours and if you're still having problems post back and we'll take it from there?
Yes, just to add to this, there do seem to be some issues this morning. Having wasted much time in the past reading help pages, forums, and changing settings under such circumstances, the advice given to leave it for a few hours makes good sense to me!
