Problems adding new disc to whole home WiFi


A few weeks ago I bought the triple pack Whole Home WiFi from Currys. This is installed and working perfectly. A couple of days ago I bought an additional disc from the BT shop. However, I am struggling to add it into my network. I've connected it to the router, powered on, the light eventually goes blue but then the app says it can't find the disk.  


What thing that concerns me is that whilst the triple pack was only bought a couple of weeks ago, those disks have a plain BT logo in the centre whereas the additional disk has the coloured BT logo. Apart from that they look identical - same dimensions, buttons etc. 

Please can you assist me adding this disk.
