Re: Problems im having

How do you connect your computer to the BT home hub?

Wireless N PCI Card

Regular disconnections when using the home hub 3?

Was connected to IP for 17 days till problem came

Is your computer fast enough?

Yes high end amd 6 core cpu with ati 6790 and 8GB and plenty of space

Is there noise on the line when you make a phone call?

Nope quiet

If you need further help with this issue, then please could you post your BT Speedtester results and your BT Home Hub ADSL statistics, on the forum, and a forum member should be able to offer advice:

Download speedachieved during the test was - 11.71 Mbps For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps. IP Profile for your line is - 14.04 Mbps

Upload speed achieved during the test was - 1.15Mbps Additional Information: Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 832 Kbps

Hope this is enough info
