Hi all i been connected to BT BB since 2nd of feb. all went smouth, now im getting random disconnection after so many hours and sometimes can be 1 min then id get couple more disconnection in a row, ive checks quiet line test and line is quiet new micro filter installed. Ping to google and bbc coming soon..

How do you connect your computer to the BT home hub?

Regular disconnections when using the home hub 3?
Was connected to IP for 17 days till problem came
Is your computer fast enough?
Yes high end amd 6 core cpu with ati 6790 and 8GB and plenty of space
Is there noise on the line when you make a phone call?

Nope i asked bt they said they raised it but i didnt know till i started having problems and they didnt tell me what sort of fault it is
