If there is a service affecting fault that involves many users, then an automatic fault report is generated for each person affected, so if they report a problem, the help desk can see there is an outstanding issue, and it saves wasted time.

Ok so this might be why im getting random drop outs? it was opened on the 22, i havent had issues till i think it was friday/sat night 😕

it could be all you can do is wait till the fault is cleared and see if your connection stabilises
