Since the automatic upgrade to my BT email programme I have had severe problems sending emails with photo attachments or pdf's. I get an error message and get told to try at a later time but after waiting, coming out of the programme then restarting it and even tried rebooting but I still have problems. When I can eventually get an email to go it appears to be hit and miss as to whether or not it arrives that day, or at all!
Oh how I miss the "old" email programme.
Can anyone advise please? I am using 64-bit Windows 10.
Are you signing in through the site or using a client or an app?
I am signing in via the BT website.
