Problems setting up My BT

I have a My BT profile via which I manage my account. I am trying to set one up for my 93 year old widowed mother-in-law so I can manage her bills. I have obviously had to use a different email address, but the on-line form doesn't recognise her account number. Any ideas?

Have you checked the account number? If you don't have any correspondence it should appear on bank statements alongside the direct debits.

You should be able to add your mums account to your existing BT account.
I have my Mum and daughter on my MY BT Account.
