Problems setting up Netgear D7000

Just got this new router today, fired it up and went to routerlogin.net

In the wizard I set it to automatic set up, in the uk with BT as ISP. After a couple of minutes I came to this screen:

For ISP username I entered bthomehub@btinternet.com, left the password blank and hit next.

After that I seemed to have connected but the connection in the system tray had an exclamation mark and read something like "No internet, secured".

Whenever I try to enter a webpage I get this in chrome:

Username is homehub@btbroadband.com you may need to enter a password, if so, just use BT

Thanks! Must have read old info when I googled it. That worked and I didn't need the password.
