Hi we are trying to pay our bill of £306 that is late but cannot afford to pay all in one go. We have offered to pay £150 towards the bill then set up a direct debit to cover the rest on top of our normal monthly payment. We have spoken with billing and they have point blank said no to this and that we must clear the bill in full or be cut off. They have offered no solution to our problem of which we are trying to resolve. Any help !!! Thanks

Hi it was both online chat and then they phoned me back
I have spoken with online billing and telephone but getting know where!!!!!! Just a call centre advisor saying sorry we cannot do anything you must pay the bill in full !!
Leave it for a day, then try the live chat again and hope that you get a different and more co-operative agent. Don't admit to having discussed it previously unless directly asked.
** N.B. ** Of course if you have a history of late payments / difficulties then this could be why they are being so inflexible, in which case my suggestion probably won't work !
