I was registered to BT FON with my primary email address but due to my system being infected with a malware virus I requested BT to block my primary email address and allow me to use a sub account I created, which they did. I have tried to log on to BT FON using this but I get the message "Customer Product is Not Allowed Product list." I have also tried to log on using my original email address but I get the message incorrect username or password. My HUB manager states that BT FON is active. Could anyone please advise me what I can do
Thanks for posting. It looks as though your sub account isn't your primary account which would stop you from using the service. I can check what's going on with that for you. Drop me an email with your account details and a link to this post fro reference to the address in my profile and we'll take it from there.
