Problems with TV box

My youview box wont turn on. It goes through waking up, then youview loading, then back to waking up. Tried to follow troubleshooting and tried resetting box but no other menus come up. I have turned the box off for a couple of hours but still wont work when turning it back on. Any suggestions?

which Tv box model  is it and do you have an active BT TV contract ?

You mention you tried reset . is this by the buttons as described in

Any noises coming from the box ?

I spoke with BT about the problem and they've sent us out a new tv box. Only now the HD channels we had previously we no longer have? We havent changed our contract and only took out current contract earlier this year? Any ideas?

Freeview HD or internet HD channels?

If Freeview, try re-tuning

Weve got BT sports HD channels, but missing BBC HD, ITV HD etc? Have returned a couple of times but no change?

You're not having much luck are you.

Can you get the HD channels if you plug the aerial directly into the TV?
