Problems with Youview Box

We recently got the upgraded Youview box and it has been fine until a few weeks back. Now it keeps dropping programmes from our scheduled list for no apparent reason. We schedule them back in and sometimes they disappear again. We are also having Playback issues where programmes are pixelated but more annoyingly they skip. The recording is all there because you can rewind the skipped bit and it will be complete.

Have never had the problem of programmes dropping off our scheduled list before - has anyone else had this?

With the scheduled recordings disappearing Are these single recording requests on series records ?

Any pattern to the channels these are on e.g. Freeview  or subscription.

They are all things we have series linked. Mostly Freeview (BBC) but some subscription. It has also occasionally recorded something we did not ask for! So when we go into the scheduled page things have just disappeared.
